How to Order Pilotage – Four Options
Pilot Online
Advance notifications and orders are primarily submitted to Finnpilot’s Pilot Dispatch via the Pilot Online service.
Port Activity App
Fintraffic’s Port Activity App also provides a pilotage ordering option. The service is available both as a web application and a mobile app.
By email
If the Pilot Online or Port Activity App are not available, the advance information and the order can be submitted by email.
By phone
If the Pilot Online or Port Activity App are not available, the advance information and the order can be submitted by email.
